Meet Hayley
Our director of cadreCare™ Hayley brings her expertise in engineering, construction, and leadership to the Cadre team. With degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering, she began her career as a structural engineer before transitioning to hands-on roles—including founding her own general contracting company, Redwood Jane.
Known for her creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, Hayley thrives on tackling challenges. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys skiing, hiking, backpacking and CrossFit in her free time. Inspired by her father, also an engineer, Hayley embodies the mindset of fixing what’s broken and building new opportunities. Her favorite quote is, “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”
